The best way to learn to use our high-quality essential oils is to begin experiencing them. The types of oil that work for you, and the strength and methods you rely on will depend on your body, preferences, lifestyle, and tastes. Below are a few ideas to get started.
Diffusing: Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil or a full-strength blend to an ultrasonic diffuser to create a long-lasting and customizable scent to fill your room with uplifting aroma.
Topical Uses: Use our pre-diluted roll-on bottles, or dilute full-strength essential oil with a natural carrier oil and apply it to skin and hair. Create your own custom blends of your favorite oils for targeted applications.
DIY Projects: Create bath bombs, soap, lotion, lip balm, closet fresheners, natural cleaning supplies and massage oils.
Other Uses: There is a wide world on the web of ideas for using essential oils. People use them for cleaning, crafts, comfort and even psychology. Add ingredients to the glass bottle and shake well to combine. If you have sensitive skin, use a more BCL Body Lotion to further dilute the concentration. After washing and drying your face, apply a pea-sized amount of lotion to problematic oily zones on your face, neck, chest or back. Repeat as needed. Feel free to adjust the proportion of essential oils as you get a feel for what nutrients your skin is craving.
